Welcome to Kevluv Beauty Cosmetics. By accessing or purchasing from www.kevluv.co.za (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to Kevluv Trading (Pty) Ltd] T/A Kevluv Beauty Cosmetics, based in Brakpan, Gauteng, South Africa.
"Customer", "you", "your" refers to the person accessing or purchasing from the Site.
"Products" refers to all beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrances and accessories sold.

3. ACCOUNTS

When you create an account, you agree that information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display Product colours, textures and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your screen display is accurate. All Product descriptions, including ingredients, are provided by the manufacturer. Always check packaging and patch test before use.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to any customer.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

Payment is processed via secure third-party gateways (Yoco).
By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will be fully refunded if we cancel.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver across South Africa via PAXI couriers. Delivery times are estimates (3-5 / 7-9 business days) and not guaranteed. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please provide accurate delivery details - we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used or unsealed beauty products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

Your CPA rights for defective, damaged or incorrect goods (6-month implied warranty) are fully preserved.

9. PROMOTIONS, VOUCHERS & LOYALTY

Discount codes, vouchers and promotions are valid for the specified period, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site - logos, designs, text, graphics, images, product photos - is owned by Kevluv Trading (Pty) Ltd and protected by South African copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written consent.

11. USER CONDUCT & REVIEWS

When leaving reviews or comments, you agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion. Reviews reflect personal opinions and do not represent our views.

12. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Products sold are for cosmetic use only. Information on the Site is not medical advice. If you have skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, consult a healthcare professional before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. Always read ingredient lists and instructions.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevluv Beauty Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kevluv Beauty Cosmetics, its directors and employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013. We will not sell your personal data.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, and you agree to first attempt mediation through the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) where applicable under the CPA.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
